We had a wonderful experience with Outdoor Genie when designing our outdoor patio and fire pit area. Sam was awesome to work with. He carefully explained his process and answered all of our many questions or concerns. His 3D renderings looked exactly as his finished product. Sam went above and beyond when helping us to decide on the paver color that best suited our area by bringing us samples right to our backyard. If there were any delay on material availability Sam was sure to inform us. We are so happy with the craftsmanship of our patio/fire pit area and will enjoy it for many years to come.
Sam did a major renovation to our front and back yards, which were in terrible shape from almost 20 years of improper water drainage. His work included 3 retaining walls, tying 7 downspouts into a larger common header out to the woods, building a level dog area where there was a slope, and other improvements. I can highly recommend Sam; he is definitely one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, and I have worked with a lot of them. He showed his professionalism by providing good sketches and a complete scope of the work, and then doing what he said he would do. Sam will not disappoint you.
