Premium Landscaping Services in Chattanooga, TN

"I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on my property. My yard had a rough, rutted slope that I was constantly concerned about, and they completely transformed the area. They closed up the slope, built a beautiful retaining wall, and turned what was an eyesore and a source of worry into something I’m proud of. The biggest thing for me wasn’t just how much better it looks — it’s the peace of mind I have now knowing the slope has been properly addressed and the area is much more secure and manageable. They did an excellent job, paid attention to the details, and the finished product speaks for itself. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quality work on their property. Great work and a huge improvement!"

"Great job on two difficult backyard projects. Very responsive!"

"We wanted a new brick retaining wall at the bottom of our slope that extended and matched an existing retaining wall, to create a walking path instead of sloped dirt. We contacted several companies for estimates, one which stated they couldn’t do it due to its complexity with meeting up with a far end existing stone stairway. We contacted Outdoor Genie Landscape Services due to their excellent reviews, which is where we met the owner/operator Sam Sarmiento. From the first meeting to the end of the project, Sam was extremely personable, professional, and thorough. We explained what we wanted, he asked questions, offered ideas on how to complete the project, and even supplied us with Ai generated photos of what the completed project would look like to ensure everything was correct on the design. His project estimate was fair and inclusive of everything we wanted and we hired him. He kept us up to date on the start of the project and he and his staff were there every day in the blazing heat (weather permitting) working on it until its completion. Sam was approachable the whole time when we had questions. My spouse is very involved when projects are being done, and Sam had no problem with that. The project included a lot of drainage issues due to the slope, existing outdoor electrical he had to preserve, had to match the brick and create a curve with the existing retaining wall, and find our existing pavers to match for the walkway. But all was handled and completed easily by Outdoor Genie. We even added some items mid-project and Sam was very flexible, accommodating, and adjusted our estimate. We highly recommend Outdoor Genie for any landscape or hardscape work. We will definitely be using them again!! First 2 pictures are pre-project. Then 4 post-project pictures."

"We were very pleased with Outdoor Genie Landscape Services and the work they did to install a new retaining wall and french drain in our backyard. Once they finished the estimate, they put together a detailed rendering of what work they would be doing and what the end product would look like. Their work rate and efficiency and care to detail was top notch making sure lines were straight for the pavers, drainage was at/above code, and also to leave it better than when they began work. Sam and his crew were worth the price and the work they put in to provide us with the new installation."

"I would highly recommend this company for any and all your needs. Sam was wonderful to work with and extremely professional... He went above and beyond... Thank you Sam for all you have done so far and looking forward to working with you this fall ... CH."

"I hired them to remove small trees and thick brush from inside my back fence line and outside of the right side fence line of my back yard. I thought this would be at least a three day job but they had it finished in a little under eight hours total. They hauled off all of the brush, wild vines, and trees. The area clean up is perfect. They are always on time, very professional, and communication is great if they run into anything unexpected. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for the services they provide and I will use them again for some of my future projects."

"We have contracted with Outdoor Genie on a couple of backyard projects, the most ambitious being a spacious stone patio with a firepit. "Originally Outdoor Genie came recommended to us from another business to have our 15 yr old Patio repaired and refurbished. During that time we also learned that they did Landscaping services. He did such a wonderful job on the patio we had Sam and his crew back to trim up our bushes , remove some overgrown ones and recommended new plants to replace them. He installed brick edging on our flowerbeds plus do all our mulch . They showed up to do the work when they said they would. It all was done neatly and quickly now our yard looks absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend him.I would definitely use them again."

I can't wait to start our next job with Outdoor Genie!"

"Outdoor Genie did a phenomenal job on the first phase of our landscaping project, which included land clearing, tree removal, and multiple dumpsters of storm debris. Sam brings a level of thoroughness and expertise that truly sets him apart. He assessed the project quickly and got to work efficiently, drawing on his years of experience to anticipate challenges and address them without delay. The quality of work far exceeded my expectations, and the site was left absolutely immaculate. They were respectful of my neighbors, communicated clearly throughout the process, and were a pleasure to work with. We’re excited to have them back soon for a second, larger phase of work. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful experience with Outdoor Genie when designing our outdoor patio and fire pit area. Sam was awesome to work with. He carefully explained his process and answered all of our many questions or concerns. His 3D renderings looked exactly as his finished product. Sam went above and beyond when helping us to decide on the paver color that best suited our area by bringing us samples right to our backyard. If there were any delay on material availability, Sam was sure to inform us. We are so happy with the craftsmanship of our patio/fire pit area and will enjoy it for many years to come."
