Enhanced Poolside Space in Harbor Landing Dr Soddy-Daisy

This project in Soddy-Daisy started with an outdated pool deck that felt limited in both space and function. The goal was to cover the existing concrete, expand the patio area, and create a more usable outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining.

We installed a new paver overlay to give the pool area a completely updated look and added in-floor lighting for both safety and appearance at night. The project also included a water feature, a dedicated barbecue area, and a new gazebo to make the space more enjoyable and functional.

To tie everything together, we added a planter wall and retaining wall that also works as additional seating. New landscaping, including trees and evergreen shrubs with lighting, helped finish off the space and give it a polished look.

Overall, this project turned the pool area into a much more usable and attractive outdoor living space that the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.
